Mrs. Shabeena Sultana is one of the key architects of KRETO, a revolutionary platform that is all set to transform the way businesses are conducted by Karnataka companies with the rest of the world. Shabeena has been blessed with a sharp business acumen that has guided her in her journey dotted with milestones. Not one averse to taking risks she has time and again provedher leadership qualities by excelling in various categories that she has been a part of over the years. Her interests span Energy, Education, International Relations, Trade Association, Social Causes and many more. She has donned several hats in her illustrious career. She is the Managing Director of Sapienflare Solutions Pvt. Ltd, which was born out of her understanding of the Energy Sector. This company offers a host of diversified services in the areas of ‘Waste to Energy’ and ‘Solar Energy’. Their services include liasoning with National and International Organizations and bringing them onto a single platform, and thereafter aligning them with respective government departments. Her tryst with providing meaningful education to the youth of India especially those in Karnataka led her to associate with one of the state’s leading group of educational institutes: The HKBK Group of Institutions. She joined them as their Head of Human Resource and was also a member of their Trust. Her objective then was to provide value services in the areas of recruitment, staff communication, employee recognition schemes, efficient performance appraisal methodologies and skill training. Her altruistic passion led her to launch a non-governmental NGO called the Warmth Trust, which is dedicated towards uplifting and empowering women not only in India but across the globe. Through several schemes initiated by this NGO, Shabeena and her passionate team have been able to positively influence women who are underprivileged and impacted by other disadvantages. Her newest contribution is the ‘Karnataka Region Economic Trade Organisation’ – KRETO, where she is the Deputy Chairperson championing the cause of developing trade between Karnataka and the rest of the world. With this initiative she hopes to empower Indian enterprises by inculcating global business knowledge and expertise and aims to become the catalyst for growth in a barrier-less and technologically driven global market place. She aspires to help Indian businesses upscale, align and emerge as formidable players in their respective business domains with the help of strategic assistance from KRETO. Shabeena loves travelling during her spare time. She also enjoys meeting new people and expanding her horizons of awareness and experience.
