She started her professional career in written media such as Elle magazine and Cosas , and then she did her undergraduate studies in Aesthetics at the Pontificia Universidad Cat?lica de Chile. In the year 2000 she obtained her graduates from the University of California, in Marketing Communication and Marketing of Products and Technology Services, in full swing of dot.com in the United States. Upon returning to Chile, she took the license of BCBG Max Azria, the world's leading retail brand. During those years,she also founded Dealart, a consulting company in art and cultural management. In 2004, she sold her share of the BCBG Max Azria Chile and Dealart property to live in Sydney, Australia, where she worked in the holdings area of Henry Schein, Australia's largest distributor of medical products. Upon returning to Chile, she joined Publicaciones Lo Castillo, publishing company of the group El Mercurio, where in a first stage she worked as a magazine editor and in 2006 she took over the marketing area of Publications Lo Castillo, from where she developed and executed Marketing strategies, communication, distribution and sales of 12 written media, gaining experience in the development, communication, distribution, positioning and loyalty of mass media and highly segmented. At the end of 2007 she founded Viral, a company that generates content for different platforms and took over the Executive Management. From there she developed the commercial area, concurring in the generation of innovative and differentiating projects for the positioning and loyalty needs of large companies. In January 2009, and in parallel with Viral, she founded Am?lie and Cocina Am?lie, a luncheon plant and catering for companies. She sold them both in mid-2013. Also that year she did the course Crecer +, in the University Adolfo Ib??ez, where she deepened her knowledge on management of innovative companies. At the beginning of 2012, she was appointed Director of the Entrepreneurs Association of Chile (Asech) and she is currently a member of the Board of Directors of ASELA (Latin American Entrepreneurs Association). In 2012 she founded Inittia, a company focused on implementing innovation in companies and organizations, as well as directing the Inittia Program for the national R & D & I w In 2013, she graduated top 2 in her generation from the Founder Institute, a challenging Silicon Valley-based program to launch Global Startup.
