Daksha is currently employed as a Marketing Executive at Famram Solutions. As the Marketing Executive she takes steps in order to measure, enhance and enrich the role and image of Famram Solutions through various goals and objectives.
As a Director of Famram Foundation she is instrumental in empowering, uplifting and providing CSI solutions enhancing socio-economic development. She is directly involved by handing out/training the youth on the menstrual cup as it is a sustainable solution for menstruation because impoverished girls miss school for up to 7 days in a month. Early in 2016, her mum launched her own PrincessD Menstrual Cup (Named after Daksha) which is cost-effective, eco-friendly and hygienic. Currently the product is available in 20 countries and 50 pharmacies in South Africa. To date she has assisted in changing the lives of thousands of school girls ?keeping girls in school?, by distributing/educating girls in 22 schools in South Africa.
She has just been nominated for the Woman of Stature Awards in the Youth Ambassador Category ? the event will be taking place on the 24th March 2018. Daksha believes in empowering the youth in the work that she undertakes to enhance socio-economic development. She is a typical difference maker; transformational role model and the youth look up to her.
